Join our team at Glitter Fashion! We’re looking for friendly, dependable Seasonal Sales Associates to help customers feel welcome and find styles they love at our McAllen, Texas store.
This is an in-person, seasonal position supporting our team during the busy holiday shopping season.
What you’ll do:
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Help customers select products and put together outfits.
• Answer questions about styles, sizing, and product availability.
• Support sales and checkout.
• Replenish merchandise and keep displays organized.
• Help maintain a clean, inviting shopping environment.
• Work with the team to create a positive customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
• A positive attitude and a dependable, team-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• An interest in fashion and helping customers find their style.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to assist customers in Spanish is required for this customer-facing role, including answering product questions and providing styling assistance.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
