Frequently asked questions

1.1 When will my order ship?

Orders can take up to 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. 

The shipping estimator provided at check out will take our warehouse processing times into consideration when providing estimation dates. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

1.2 What shipping methods do you offer?

Please note, all orders are shipping via GROUND at this time. Thank you for your patience!

GROUND SHIPPING - Orders typically shipped within 24-48 hours and arrive in 4 to 7 business days. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

1.3 How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $(Depends on promotional) before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout). If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $10 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). 

On occasion Glitter Fashion offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to Glitter Fashion e-mail list.

1.4 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We do not offer International Shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements.

2.1 What are the benefits of creating an account?

¡Creating an account with us IS REALLY IMPORTANT! enables you to save personal information for an easier checkout process and to view your order history and status.

2.2 I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you forgot your password, choose the “My Account” option on our site then choose “Forgot my password”. This will prompt you to enter your email address and we will send you a link to recover your password.

2.3 How do I cancel my order if I don't have an account?

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us immediately. Keep in mind if your order has already shipped, you will be unable to cancel the order and it will then need to be treated as a return upon receiving it.

3.1 How do I exchange an item?

Follow this steps:

  1. Logging into your account by clicking My account / Register / View
  2. Click Return / Choose the products to return and the quantity
  3. Give a return reason and an action or create their own, and then send the return request

All return request are upon approval. You return request status will be notify by email.

To make an exchange, simply return your items that did not work out and place a new order for the desired exchange item. Exchanges at Glitter Fashion are simply treated as a return and reorder. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product and proof of purchase unless you received a product that was damaged or defective. 

3.2 When will I be refunded?

** REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO RETURN AND MAKE A NEW ORDER FOR THE DESIRED ITEM. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM AND DON'T WANT TO PLACE  A NEW ORDER YOU WILL GET AN ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONCE WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT **

Once our warehouse receives and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.

(The original delivery fees are non refundable)

3.3 Will I be refunded the full amount I paid?

You will be refunded the amount you originally paid when purchasing, excluding shipping charges. Keep in mind that Final Sale items are non refundable.

3.4 My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

Before shipping your order, our warehouse inspects to make sure items are in top condition.

In the case you receive a damaged item please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

Follow this steps:

  1. Logging into your account by clicking My account / Register / View
  2. Click Return / Choose the products to return and the quantity
  3. Give a return reason and an action or create their own, and then send the return request

All return request are upon approval.You return request status will be notify by email.

If your request is approved, you will then need to mail your product, with a proof of purchase/return approval confirmation number inside the box to:

4.1 How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package.

Alternatively, you can track your packages status in your Glitter Fashion account here.

5.1 How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive a notification email letting you know it is ready. Orders are typically ready within 1 hour after they are placed online.

Note: If you place an order after 3:00 PM, it may not be ready until the following day.

5.2 Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes! You will have the opportunity during checkout to designate an additional pickup person (comment box). We require their first name, last name and email address so that we can notify you both when the order is ready for pickup. Please note, whoever is picking up the order will need to bring a valid driver's license or government issued ID to the store.
