- In-store credit if purchased in-store

- Provide a return reason and submit return request
- Once your request is approved via email, you will mail your product in original packaging and proof of purchase inside the box to the below address:

In-Store:
Present within 7 days the return merchandise and a receipt of purchase to a Glitter Fashion representative
Eligible returns:
- All eligible items must be returned within 15 days of purchase
- In the case you receive a damaged item from an online purchase you must process the return within 3 days
- Items in original new condition
Ineligible Returns & Final Sale:
- All items purchased using a promotion or promotion code online
- All handbags
- Items with considerable wear and use
- Damaged items shipped with return request not processed within 3 days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Excessive return history or fraudulent activity may deny eligible returns
