Shipping Policy
Glitter Fashion processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Packages ship from our Main office in McAllen, Texas.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Free shipping on all domestic orders that exceed $(Depends on promotional) before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must select this option at checkout).
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $15 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with UPS or USPS.
On occasion GLITTER FASHION offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. To keep updated with our latest shipping promotions sign up to GLITTER FASHION e-mail list.
Processing Time: Verification and Packaging - Takes 1-2 days after payment confirmation.

SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship anywhere in the United States. We DO NOT offer International Shipping due to the shipping cost and custom requirements.
Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. If for some reason your order status needs MANUAL VERIFICATION, please feel free to call (956)627-0179 from an unblocked number with your Glitter Fashion ID number and a representative will be able to further assist you. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 10:00am-3:00pm CST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Signature may be required at the time of delivery.
If the UPS or USPS tracking information indicates that your package has been successfully delivered and you cannot locate the package, unfortunately we cannot be responsible for replacing or refunding your purchase price and/or shipping costs. *Once your product is shipped/in transit, we cannot cancel or refund*
A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason.
Packages with a subtotal of $200 or higher will be shipped with a signature required for delivery. Eligible customers will be offered the option to opt out of a signature required where order totals exceed $200. Customers who opt out of required signatures assume total responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
*Please note we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by import taxes/custom duties and fees levied by your Country - natural occurrences - transport strikes - shipping delays or lost deliveries (due to incorrect address, theft or circumstances out of our control).
Glitter Fashion is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you believe that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact UPS or USPS and file a claim.
Please note that by placing an order with us, you agree with all the terms and policies indicated on this website.

*Please wait to receive a confirmation email before going to the store for pick-up.
You can pickup your order or assign an alternate person to pickup the order. You will have the opportunity during checkout to designate an additional pickup person (comment box). We require their first name, last name and email address so that we can notify you both when the order is ready for pickup. Please note, whoever is picking up the order will need to bring a valid driver's license or government issued ID to the store.
AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES
We do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, but sometimes an article which you ordered may be out of stock. If ever this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything that prevents us from delivering your order.
