Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Tracking information is emailed as soon as the package ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the United States is $15. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping is available for $40.
How long does delivery take?
Standard and free shipping are estimated at 3–5 business days. Express shipping is estimated at 1–2 business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
How can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
In-Store Pickup
How will I know when my order is ready?
We will email you when your order is ready for pickup at our McAllen store. Orders are often ready within one hour, but please wait for the confirmation email before visiting.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. Contact us with the full name of the person collecting the order. They must bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
Changes, Returns & Damaged Items
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order begins processing or has shipped.
What is your return policy?
Eligible, unworn items in their original packaging may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Sale and final-sale merchandise is not returnable. Return approval is required before sending an item back. Please review our Shipping & Returns page and Refund Policy for complete details.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are not currently available. You may return an eligible item and place a new order for the preferred size or style.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the damage, and photos of the original packaging.
